Still Unbeaten!
The greatest show on earth, champion mare Black Caviar conquers her overseas debut by winning the Diamond Jubilee Stakes at Royal Ascot. But jockey Luke Nolen was disappointed of what he did, he had eased up at 75m from the line and French horse Moonlight Cloud closed in. Nolen realised his mistake after a few strides and guided Black Caviar to win by half a head. Although Nolen was disappointed of what happen, trainer Peter Moody is still happy and relieved cause what matters most is there goal been achieved. Black Caviar success at Royal Ascot gave her 12th Group One race. The champion mare now has a new record of 22 wins from 22 starts. Peter Moody announced that the champion mare has suffered a leg injury in Saturdays win at Royal Ascot. Black Caviar tore muscles in her hind quarter; she will be given a treatment before coming back to Australia.
