Mrs. Gai Waterhouse trained horse Driefontein ($3.60) won (tipped last week by us) the $2 Million BMW Magic Millions 2YO Classic (1200m). Ridden by Tommy Berry this galloper now has a 3 wins from its only 3 starts. Jockey Tommy Berry got his 2nd Magic Millions win after last year on Karuta Queen. Driefontein won 2 major races in its career, The BJ McLachlan Stakes (1200m), and now the Magic Millions 2YO Classic. Thus gave her a prizemoney of $1,298,000 and can run to 1000m from 1200m.

Runners up in this race were, No Looking Back 2nd ($3.30), Alezan Thunder 3rd ($4.10) and Sizzling 4th.

Punch On ($8.40) (tipped last week by us) gave his trainer Peter Balzen his biggest career win, the Magic Millions Guineas. The 3 year old filly won the Magic Millions Guineas by a nose against Easy Running in the 1400m feature. This Galloper has now won 2 major races in its career the VO Rogue and the Magic Millions Guineas. Punch On now has 3 wins and 4 placings from its 12 starts to date. With a prize money of $806,000 and can run from 1200m to 1400m distance and win.

Runners up were, Easy Running 2nd ($2.40), Happy Hussy 3rd ($2.50) and Subarc 4th.

Flemington

The 5 year old brown horse At The Heads ($11.90) (tipped last week by us) won the Chester Manifold Stakes last saturday in Flemington. The Danny O'Brien trained horse has 5 wins and 6 placings from its 19 starts to date. Ridden by James Winks this galloper can run from 1100 to 1400m and now has $305,725 in prizemoney. At The Heads won against the TAB favourite Pied A Terre who came 2nd ($1.10) and Second Effort 3rd ($2.90) and there's Only One 4th.
